Hey everybody, I’m Micah 👋🏼
I grew up in Lewistown, PA. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, I decided to join the military. For the past 6 years I served in the United States Coast Guard as a Culinary Specialist ultimately deciding to move on and pursue my passion in entrepreneurship. After falling in love with the rich, vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine, I’ve been driven to persuade others to experience it. So, I’ve teamed up with my best friend and college roommate, @tarun.bangalore to bring our brand, IndiHen, to the people.
